The Client

The Emergency Department at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) in Fort Hood, Texas needed custom 4th of July shirts for their entire team — a department that never stops, celebrating America’s 250th while on shift.

The Challenge

The department coordinator reached out in late May worried it was already too late: “I know it’s short notice… or is it too short of notice?” She needed a custom design created from scratch, staff orders collected across four shirt colors and two sleeve lengths, and everything delivered before the holiday. No existing artwork. A hard deadline. Dozens of individual sizes to get right.

The Plainly Said Process

Design first. We created a fully custom “ER Squad — Serving Those Who Serve” design blending the department’s identity — Star of Life, Narcan, thermometers, AMA forms — with military and America 250th imagery, plus a matching front-chest logo. Revisions continued until the answer was “Love it!!!!”

Flexible ordering. Staff could choose navy, black, white, or red, short or long sleeve, S through 2XL. We managed the full 85-shirt size matrix from a single text message — no spreadsheets required on the client’s end.

Careful production. Quality Gildan Softstyle blanks, vibrant DTF printing, and a full inspection of every shirt.
