Plainly Said started the way most honest things do — out of necessity. There were feelings that needed to be felt, truths that needed to be told, and people worth celebrating out loud. Not in a long speech or a heartfelt letter, but on a tee. Simply. Boldly. Plainly.

Why a five-leaf clover?
Most people know the four-leaf clover as a symbol of luck. We went one further. A five-leaf clover is rare — said to bring extra luck, prosperity, and financial fortune. It felt right for a brand built on the belief that the right words, worn with confidence, can open doors.
It's also a reminder that we don't do things the ordinary way here. Every tee in our shop says something most people think but few dare to wear. That takes a little courage — and maybe a little extra luck.

"Hey Ned, come talk to me" is what he says when he can tell something's on your mind — no pressure, no judgment, just an open door. This tee is a tribute to that spirit.
