Welcome to Plainly Said (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting plainlysaid.com or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Plainly Said is a print-on-demand apparel brand. Products are made to order after purchase.

2) Orders and acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud).
  • We may cancel or limit quantities per order.

  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed through Shopify’s payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

4) Shipping and delivery

  • Because items are made to order, processing times may apply before shipment.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5) Returns, refunds, and replacements

Our returns/refunds and size replacement rules are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. That policy is part of these Terms. If there is a conflict, the Returns & Refunds Policy controls for returns/refunds.
