Thank you for shopping with Plainly Said. Because our products are made to order, please review the details below so you know what to expect.
Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
Each item is printed and prepared after you place your order.
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional launches.
Shipping Time
After your order ships, delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout when available and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses, or
- packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If a package is returned to the sender due to an address issue, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays can happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you investigate.
Plainly Said is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a carrier marks an order as delivered, but we will do our best to assist with next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email CustomerService@plainlysaid.com within 14 business days of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the item and issue.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
